Reload entities each time page is loaded

Hey guys, love that you built this for the community!

One thing I noticed though was that tapping on a user, and then navigating back seemed to cause a reload of the list.  After looking at the code, it does.

Adding a quick check if the data is loaded before doing the load again means you use a lot less data. :)

        public void LoadChamps(intid = null)
        {
			// Don't reload if we already have the data in memory
			if (IsDataLoaded)
				return;

I checked in the above code snippet to not reload during page navigation.  Now going to the detail page and back is much faster. :)

I also fixed a reference to use the toolkit from the reference assembly folder.  I prefer to use the nuget packages file to manage dependencies.  Anyone else have an opinion as to why we shouldn't use it?

And I fixed a naming conflict with a visual state named orientation.
